Library Lovers` Month is a month-long celebration of school, public, and private libraries of all types. This is a time for everyone, especially library support groups, to recognize the value of libraries and to work to assure that the Nation`s libraries will continue to serve.
Read Across America on March 2

Now in its twelfth year, the program focuses on how important it is to motivate children to read, in addition to helping them master basic skills. The nationwide reading celebration takes place each year on or near March 2, the birthday of children`s author Dr. Seuss. Across the country, thousands of schools, libraries, community centers, and more participate by bringing together kids and books.

Teen Tech Week was firstly celebrated in March 2007.
